The Success of Benedict P. Morelli's Law Career

Benedict Morelli is a prominent lawyer in the United States. He has a couple of outstanding achievements that only few have managed. His career began in 1973 when he worked at a personal injury law firm as a law clerk. He qualified for the bar examination in 1977. He became a partner at the law firm after being admitted to the New York State Bar. Mr. Morellli has a law degree from City College. He also studied law at the New York Law School in 1971. He was later admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States District Courts, Northern, Western, Eastern, Southern Districts of New York.

 

 Mr. Morelli has been a partner at his founded law firm since 1981. In 1990, he became a senior partner at the same law firm. In 1998, he dissolved the firm to found a brand new law firm by the name Benedict P. Morelli & Associates. The law firm was later named as the Morelli Law Firm.

 

 Mr. Morelli has offered legal representation to his clients in drug product liability, complex product liability, civil rights, false arrest, gender bias, sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, age discrimination, racial discrimination, and employment discrimination. He also offers representation in Vioxx, DES, Bextra, Avandia, Ortho-Evra, labor law, premises, auto accidents, and many other personal case types. In the cases mentioned above, he has received multi-million dollar cases. He has represented individual plaintiffs against major incorporations including large investment banks.

 

 For over 35 years of trying verdicts, he has received man multi-million dollar cases. His $40 million dollar case was featured in the Law Journals as one of the biggest in the history of the United States in 1995. He has also tried numerous civil cases to complex medical malpractice cases. He has attained the loss of three fingers case as one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts.
